Job Summary

  • Proven data entry work experience, as a Data entry operator
  • Experience with MS Office and data programs of educational institutes
  • Familiarity with administrative duties
  • Experience using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner
  • Typing speed and accuracy (30 wpm / 95%)
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
  • Attention to detail
  • Ensuring confidentiality of information
  • Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
  • Graduate with minimum 3 years of work experience
  • Multi-tasking who can manage the workload at the time of need in supporting other team members
Qualification:

B.Sc. (Math, Physics, Chemistry Honours), BCA, MCA, etc.
