Responsibilities and Duties:
- Achieving and Exceeding the Sales Target on a Continuous basis.
- To sell and promote the courses offered briefing about various benefits of the desired candidate through cold calling and prospecting over the phone
- Build relationships with prospective Parents and Students
- Lead generation through visiting schools and coaching institutions in the assigned territories
- Revenue targets through sales and business development activities
- To initiate sales call and covert the lead for enrolment to Sarthaks eConnect platform
- Following up with the customer unless the sale is converted
- Handling customer database to ensure quality process flow from initiating the first call to closing the lead so that every lead is utilized to the fullest.
- Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
- Cross functional communication
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with
- Strong Negotiation Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills English, Hindi and local Language
- Positive attitude
- Pleasant personality
- Aggressive sales aptitude
